I have arthritis and asthma

Nurses and X-ray staff were wonderful and friendly reception not so much.
I patiently waited as I was asked but after an hour I just wanted to check if they had an idea on timescale so I could inform work that I would be late off lunch but the receptionist wasn’t willing to give me an idea of waiting times luckily I was called about 10mins later and the nurse I saw was fantastic didn’t even feel the needle go in and she made me feel very welcome.

From reception to treatment my uncle was treated with respect & kindness. Although I was in the room, and my uncle is blind, the nurse, Steph, spoke directly to him, unless I asked a question. He was seen on time & given time to get to the treatment room at his own pace.
Previous experiences at the wound treatment centre have always bern the same.
The treatment & care given is excellent

Because I was cared for very well by the two nurses that I saw.

My Appointment was for 10am it would have been nice not to have had wait until after 11am
